Man arrived when said he would and immediately went to work. He advised of the cost per hour, then any parts that would be needed to accomplish what was being asked. As making repairs he pointed out some problems he observed in a system that was there for years. An upgrade was in order with an easy fix. This included a repair of a broken line and the moving of a sprinkler head that was blocked by a gutter that occured recently. It was done quickly, professionally and economically.

Communication was great. They called to let me know they were running behind schedule. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. Exceptional service. Highly recommend!!!

Other companies wanted to replace with entirely new front and back yard sprinkler. I wanted a repair of what the contractor's excavator man tore out, which disabled the front. Kenyon was 80% sure he could tie the two together again, bid that way, completed the job in a timely manner and charged sales tax for extra parts. Still a better deal than some.

They showed up when expected, solved the problem quickly and within my budget requirements.

He went out of his way to see on his way home. Next day did exactly what I ask him to do.
